Job summary

Queensland Rail is seeking a Training Governance Officer to support administration and governance of enterprise learning systems in Brisbane. You will manage data, ensure security and regulatory compliance, and develop practical tools to improve self-service information management.

You will work with the Training Frameworks and Governance team to drive continuous improvement and contribute to broader People, Safety and Sustainability initiatives across Training and Development.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing and maintaining routine and scheduled system reports.
• Strong knowledge of LMS, SMS and related technologies; VETtrak experience advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and improve processes.
• Experience administering learning systems in a complex environment.
• Knowledge of user access management and data governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ongoing administration and support of enterprise learning systems.
• Monitor workflows and controls to ensure governance, compliance and security.
• Analyze learning data to improve processes and outcomes.
• Provide guidance to system administrators and end users.
• Conduct audits and assurance activities relating to enrolments and records.
• Prepare and maintain accurate data and regulatory reports.
• Liaise with trainers, assessors and stakeholders on LMS and reporting.
