Job summary

Empire Group partners with a large Queensland Government department to recruit a Senior Learning & Knowledge Management Officer for a major enterprise systems program. You will design, develop and evaluate learning content for statewide implementations, spanning payroll, workforce management, SAP S/4HANA and SAP SuccessFactors.

You will coordinate course and manual design, develop knowledge frameworks, and lead a team responsible for end-user documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, developing and evaluating learning resources for blended training.
• Proven ability to implement and evaluate learning resources in complex, high-change environments.
• Excellent writing across work instructions, training and support tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the design and development of courses, training manuals and evaluations using instructional design methods.
• Develop knowledge management frameworks and supporting business and system practices.
• Provide functional leadership to a team creating and maintaining end-user documentation and support materials.
• Update user documentation for software releases, including quality review and knowledge transfer.
• Manage version control so knowledge libraries and portals hold the latest content.
• Lead quality checks and audits of documentation.
