Job summary

Sacred Heart College in Western Australia is seeking a highly skilled Learning Support Teacher to join our committed Learning Support Department on a full-time, ongoing basis commencing Term 1, 2027.

You will design differentiated programs, apply evidence-based interventions, monitor progress with CAPs/IEPs/PLPs, and collaborate with staff to support student wellbeing and engagement in a Catholic education setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a learning support environment and inclusive education.
• Ability to develop differentiated learning programs.
• Strong collaboration with Learning Support and school staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver differentiated programs to meet academic needs.
• Apply evidence-based interventions to improve engagement and skills.
• Monitor progress with CAPs, IEPs and PLPs.
• Create a supportive learning environment that promotes wellbeing.
• Support teachers through collaboration and modelling differentiated strategies.
