The Role

The College is seeking suitably qualified Certificate lll or equivalent Learning Support Officers to start in 2027. The Learning Support Officer (LSO) works collaboratively with the Director of Learning and Growth: Learning Diversity, classroom teachers, and College leaders to deliver targeted support for students with diverse learning needs. The LSO plays a key role in fostering a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment where every student is encouraged and supported to achieve their full potential.

In accordance with the Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2022 (CEMEA), the salary range for Learning Support Officers is Category ESB 2-2 from $58,770 as per the Schedule of Salary.
