Job summary

Thomas Carr College in Tarneit, west of Melbourne, seeks a Learning Diversity Partner to support students with additional needs, working with teachers and families to enhance inclusion and participation across the College community.

Under the Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2022 (CEMEA), salary ranges from $79,589 to $118,063 for teaching staff, with leadership POL allowances; there are also VCE offshore delivery opportunities and potential international mentoring travel.

The Role

The Learning Diversity Partner is responsible for supporting teachers and families in assisting students with additional needs. This includes students with learning difficulties, disabilities and impairments to facilitate the integration process, to increase the participation of students in educational programs and the social life of the College community.

In accordance with the Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2022 (CEMEA), the salary range for all teaching staff is $79,589 – $118,063 as per the Schedule of Salary.

Positions of Leadership are paid an additional POL allowance as scheduled in the CEMEA.
