Job summary

Australian Christian College Group is seeking a Learning Support Coordinator (LSC) to lead the Learning Support Team and guide school-wide systems for diverse learners. This role focuses on NCCD processes, IP development and data-informed intervention strategies at ACC Singleton campus.

The LSC will work with staff, parents and external specialists to implement MTSS/RTI and monitor outcomes, contributing to continuous improvement in student learning and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• High-level organisational skills to ensure accurate and timely completion of NCCD processes, staff allocations, and the use of resources.
• Ability to create quality IPs including reasonable adjustments for diverse learners.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage complex administrative workflows with precision.

Responsibilities

• Lead Learning Support Team and contribute to school-wide systems for diverse learners.
• Oversee Nationally Consistent Data (NCCD) processes and IP development.
• Design, implement and evaluate MTSS/RTI and explicit instruction approaches.
• Collaborate with staff, parents, external specialists and school leadership.
• Monitor and improve student learning and wellbeing outcomes through data-driven strategies.
