• Lead and model whole-school improvement strategies for curriculum delivery.
• Support professional learning by creating processes for observation and feedback.
• Provide evidence-based feedback to teachers to inform development.
• Advise on context and strategies for school professional learning.
• Supervise and mentor student teachers and coach teachers.
• Use student data to inform teaching approaches.
• Develop school-wide professional learning structures and processes.
