• Demonstrated expert knowledge of the Victorian curriculum and ability to model exemplary teaching.
• Expertise in high-impact teaching strategies and evaluating learning growth.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with students, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate high-level expertise in teaching and learning practice in classrooms.
• Model exemplary classroom practice through teaching demonstrations.
• Lead and support school improvement strategies related to curriculum planning.
• Coordinate professional learning and feedback processes for staff.
• Provide evidence-based feedback to teachers to improve practice.
• Mentor and coach teachers and supervise student teachers where appropriate.
• Use student data to inform teaching approaches and improve outcomes.
• Promote school-wide professional learning structures and PLCs.
