Tabcorp is seeking a part-time Learning Coordinator to support the learning and capability initiatives across the organisation. You will coordinate calendars and logistics, manage enrolments and learner communications, and maintain learning records and materials to ensure a smooth experience for learners and stakeholders.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Learning & Organisational Development, you will produce dashboards and insights, contribute to continuous improvement, and help ensure

Qualifications

• Experience in learning coordination, administration or operations.
• Strong reporting, data management and analysis capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience using learning systems or LMS platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder support skills.
• Ability to identify process improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate learning calendars, schedules and program logistics.
• Manage enrolments, attendance tracking and learner communications.
• Maintain learning records, systems and program documentation.
• Produce reporting, dashboards and workforce capability insights.
• Support compliance training and cyclical learning activities.
• Assist with updating learning materials and learning resources.
