Job summary

Tabcorp is seeking a part-time Learning Coordinator to support learning, leadership and capability initiatives across the business. You’ll coordinate learning calendars, manage enrolments, attendance tracking and learner communications while maintaining learning records and program documentation.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Learning & Organisational Development, you’ll produce reporting dashboards and insights, support compliance training, and help update learning materials to improve

Qualifications

• Must have experience coordinating learning or training programs.
• Strong ability to produce and interpret reports and dashboards.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience using learning management systems or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder support skills.
• Ability to identify and drive process improvements.

You'll play an important role in connecting people, programs and data, helping ensure learning initiatives run smoothly while contributing to the continuous improvement of learning resources and experiences across the business.

Your role, your impact

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Learning & Organisational Development, you'll provide the operational foundation that supports learning, leadership and capability initiatives across Tabcorp. You'll coordinate learning activities, maintain critical learning data and systems, and help create a seamless experience for learners and stakeholders.

Specifically, you will;

• Coordinate learning calendars, schedules and program logistics
• Manage enrolments, attendance tracking and learner communications
• Maintain learning records, systems and program documentation
• Produce reporting, dashboards and workforce capability insights
• Support compliance training and cyclical learning activities
• Assist with updating learning materials and learning resources
