Job summary

Tabcorp seeks a part-time learning facilitator to deliver leadership and personal effectiveness programs across Melbourne or Sydney offices, with some travel for face-to-face training. You will design and run engaging learning experiences, update content, and partner with stakeholders to improve capability across the enterprise.

You will deliver both in-person and virtual sessions, cultivate credible relationships, and contribute to continuous improvement, shaping how our national workforce

Qualifications

• Experienced in facilitating workshops and learning experiences.
• Proven ability to engage diverse participant groups.
• Strong capability in learning content adaptation and improvement.
• Ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships.
• Confident presenting both in person and virtually.
• Continuous improvement mindset with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging learning experiences that build capability across Tabcorp.
• Work across enterprise programs, partnering with stakeholders and traveling to support face‑to‑face learning.
• Facilitate leadership, induction and capability learning programs.
• Deliver personal effectiveness and foundational leadership workshops.
• Update and maintain enterprise learning content and resources.
• Coordinate engaging face‑to‑face sessions across varied group sizes.
• Partner with stakeholders to enhance learning experiences.
• Contribute to continuous improvement across capability programs.
