Job summary

St Peters Lutheran College Springfield is seeking an exceptional educational leader to join our Springfield Leadership Team as Director of Learning & Innovation. You will lead from Prep to Year 12, shaping curriculum, pedagogy and assessment while driving innovation and evidence-informed practice across a thriving P-12 campus.

• Significant leadership experience within a school environment.
• Expertise in contemporary curriculum design, teaching and learning.
• Strong knowledge of Australian Curriculum, QCAA requirements, assessment and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the curriculum vision and strategic academic priorities across Prep–Year 12.
• Drive excellence in curriculum, pedagogy, assessment, reporting and feedback.
• Utilise data and research to inform whole-school improvement.
• Strengthen continuity and engagement across the P-12 journey, especially middle years.
• Oversee learner programs including enrichment and intervention initiatives.
• Lead academic operations including compliance, assessment processes and student pathways.
• Foster collaboration, continuous improvement and innovation across staff.
• Develop partnerships with families, tertiary institutions and external organisations.
