Job summary

St Peters Lutheran College – Springfield QLD seeks a Curriculum Leader Exceptional Learners to lead a whole-school approach for Prep to Year 12 learners. You will oversee staffing, funding, and program delivery, driving innovative, evidence-based interventions and extension pathways.

You will use data to monitor outcomes, build staff capability and collaborate with senior leaders to ensure all students flourish in a Christian scholastic community.

Qualifications

• Current Queensland College of Teachers registration.
• Tertiary qualifications in Education or related discipline.
• Experience leading exceptional learner, learning support, gifted education, intervention or inclusion programs.
• Expertise in using student data to drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build the capability and expertise of staff in identifying and responding to exceptional learners.
• Mentor and support teachers to deliver intervention, extension and enrichment programs.
• Promote inclusive practices and ensure every learner is known and supported.
