Job summary

St Peters Lutheran College – Springfield NSW seeks a Curriculum Leader Exceptional Learners to drive a whole-school approach to supporting Prep to Year 12 learners.

You will lead innovative programs, build staff capability, and ensure every learner receives support, challenge and opportunities to flourish. The role partners with senior leaders to shape policies and STEM enrichment paths within a faith-based education.

Qualifications

• Current Queensland College of Teachers registration.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Education or related discipline.
• Experience leading exceptional learner, learning support, gifted education, intervention or inclusion programs.
• Expertise in using student data to drive educational outcomes.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Build staff capability to identify and respond to exceptional learners.
• Mentor teachers and specialist staff to deliver intervention, extension and enrichment programs.
• Develop and oversee college-wide policies, processes and funding for exceptional learner programs.
• Lead data-informed analyses of student achievement, wellbeing and engagement to inform interventions and enrichment opportunities.
