Job summary

Country Fire Authority is seeking a collaborative Coordinator Learning Governance to ensure CFA delivers high‑quality, compliant training across Victoria. You will advise on learning governance, lead validation and auditing, and support the LMS data quality while working with the Manager Quality and Evaluation.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent, with understanding of RTO standards.
• Strong compliance and quality control experience.
• Excellent written communication to produce reports and correspondence.
• Proven administrative skills across word processing, spreadsheets and enterprise systems.
• Understanding of competency-based learning and development practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects within budget, scope and time.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on learning governance, compliance and emerging issues.
• Coordinate governance and compliance activities to support CFA's RTO.
• Analyse governance data to identify risks and drive improvement.
• Lead validation, auditing and compliance to maintain RTO registration.
• Monitor learner records to ensure compliance with RTO requirements.
• Support LMS governance, data quality, and implementation.
• Collaborate with L&D to embed governance practices CFA-wide.
• Prepare governance reports and briefing papers.
