Qualifications

• Develop, implement and review Individual Learning Plans for Stage 5 students.
• Conduct regular diagnostic and standardised assessments to track progress.
• Maintain communication with parents/guardians and external specialists.
• Familiarity with NCCD and CSNSW data management and applying NESA Exam Provisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-class, small group and 1:1 support across Stage 5.
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to promote inclusive practices.
• Contribute to a positive Catholic ethos and participate in co-curricular activities as needed.
