Job summary

The Toowoomba Regional Council is seeking a permanent full-time Support Officer to join the Learning, Organisational Development and Engagement (LODE) team in the Toowoomba CBD. You will provide general administrative support for training and organisational development.

The role offers a salary of $74,008.79 to $80,078.24 gross per annum, 17.5% annual leave loading, up to 12.65% super, a nine-day fortnight, carparking and health benefits.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Business or a combination of experience, qualification and competence to perform all duties of the position.
• Experience working with Registered Training Organisations (RTO) of Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) is desirable.
• Sound computing skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated time management, organisation, teamwork, customer service, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• The Support Officer LODE will be responsible for providing general administrative support to the LODE team, particularly associated with training and organisational development.
