Job summary

Toowoomba Regional Council is offering a four-year fixed-term, full-time graduate role in Toowoomba CBD for graduates in HR, Law, Organizational Psychology, or related fields. You'll work alongside an experienced Senior Employee Relations Officer to develop capabilities in workplace advisory, problem-solving, and HR practice within a supportive local government environment.

The package includes a competitive salary ($80,078.24–$102,867.25 gross per year), 17.5% annual leave loading, up to 12.65%

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Law, HRM, Organisational Psychology or related field.
• Interest in employee relations, workplace problem-solving and informed decisions.
• Motivation and learning mindset are highly valued; related certificates are advantageous.
