Job summary

Forensicare, Victoria’s specialist forensic mental health service, is seeking a Learning Partner at Thomas Embling Hospital. You will design and evaluate learning programs, lead workshops and manage the Learning Management System to improve workforce capability across the organisation.

You will collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts, apply adult learning principles, and use tools like Articulate 360 and Power BI to analyse data and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, developing and evaluating learning programs across face-to-face, online and blended formats.
• Experience managing a Learning Management System, course administration, records and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and ADDIE methodology.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging learning programs across formats (face-to-face, online, blended).
• Facilitate workshops and learning sessions for staff and leaders.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop learner-centred content.
• Undertake learning needs analysis to identify capability requirements.
• Plan stakeholder consultations, interviews and workshops.
• Manage LMS content, pathways, records and reporting.
• Evaluate initiatives using participation data and outcomes.
• Prepare learning reports and dashboards on engagement and outcomes.
