Job summary

Victorian Government - Department of Families, Fairness and Housing is seeking a Senior Learning and Development Consultant to redesign and deliver leadership development for the Child Protection workforce.

You will lead research, design and evaluation of programs aligned to the Child Protection Capability Framework, working with a close-knit team and key stakeholders to co-design innovative learning solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing complex learning and development projects.
• Ability to design, develop, implement and evaluate leadership programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead research, analysis and implementation of projects based on defined outcomes.
• Oversee full project lifecycle within time, budget and resourcing constraints.
• Monitor and evaluate projects to ensure objectives are met.
• Conduct learning needs analysis to align offerings with organisational needs.
• Provide expert advice and evidence-based recommendations on L&D opportunities.
