Job summary

Corrections Victoria is seeking a Clinical Project Lead to drive internal evaluation projects within the Forensic Intervention Services. You will lead evaluation design, analysis and reporting to strengthen evidence-based practice across clinical services.

You will collaborate with clinical staff, researchers and partners to translate findings into practical recommendations, develop frameworks, and support continuous service improvement. Flexible work arrangements and training are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex evaluation and research within complex service systems.
• Ability to design and implement quantitative and qualitative evaluations.
• Translate research findings into actionable recommendations for leaders.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal evaluation projects on clinical service delivery and development.
• Analyse and synthesise findings into evidence-based recommendations.
• Lead evaluation components of service reform projects to support decision-making.
• Support strategic research and evaluation agenda to build internal knowledge.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support evaluation and service improvement.
• Develop and maintain research and evaluation frameworks and guidance.
• Prepare high-quality reports and briefs for senior leaders and governance committees.
• Coordinate knowledge translation activities with internal and external stakeholders.
