Job summary

Shift is looking for a Learning & Development Manager in Sydney to turn strategy into action. You’ll embed our capability framework and drive talent programs across the business, champion AI in L&D, and deliver onboarding, coaching, and development initiatives.

You’ll partner with senior leaders and HR to coach managers, evolve learning platforms, and measure progress. This role offers a flexible workplace with strong focus on wellbeing and growth.
