Shift in Sydney is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to turn strategy into practical programs, embedding the capability framework and champion AI in learning. You’ll lead onboarding, coaching, and development initiatives, partnering with senior leaders.

You’ll be both strategist and hands-on builder - champion AI in L&D, launch practical programs (from onboarding to coaching), and make learning an everyday advantage.
