Job summary

Shift Financial Pty seeks a Learning & Development Manager to convert strategy into action and embed our capability framework across the business. You’ll champion AI in L&D, launch practical programs from onboarding to coaching, and make learning an everyday advantage.

You’ll partner with senior leaders to roll out fast-paced, high-impact initiatives and strengthen our manager development offering in a hybrid Sydney-based environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading L&D programs in fast-paced environments.
• Experience applying capability frameworks to recruitment, onboarding and growth.
• Proven coaching skills with senior leaders and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose team learning needs and design impactful programs.
• Embed capability frameworks across recruitment, onboarding and progression.
• Pilot AI-driven learning solutions and tools.
• Support and evolve manager development offerings.
• Enhance and manage online learning platforms and content.
• Track, report and celebrate learning outcomes and progress.

You’ll be both strategist and hands-on builder - champion AI in L&D, launch practical programs (from onboarding to coaching), and make learning an everyday advantage.

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose team needs and launch impactful programs - fast.
• Embed capability frameworks into recruitment, onboarding, and growth.
• Pilot AI tools that power development plans.
• Support and evolve our manager development offering.
• Boost or reset our online learning platform - your call.
• Track and share visible progress, celebrating wins.
