Job summary

Shift is a business specialist helping Australian SMEs manage cashflow, terms, and financial products. As Learning & Development Manager, you’ll embed our capability framework and drive programs unlocking talent across the business.

You’ll champion AI in L&D, launch onboarding to coaching programs, and make learning an everyday advantage while partnering with senior leaders in a flexible, hybrid work environment.

• Experience quickly rolling out L&D programs in fast-paced environments.
• Evidence of bringing capability frameworks to life.

You'll be both strategist and hands-on builder - champion AI in L&D, launch practical programs (from onboarding to coaching), and make learning an everyday advantage.
