As a Client Onboarding Specialist (Internally known as Customer Solutions Specialist), you’ll play a key role in supporting customers through the onboarding journey from application through to settlement ensuring a smooth and positive experience. You’ll assess applications, make credit decisions within scorecard frameworks, and align Shift’s products to meet customer needs. This is a solutions-driven role, where you’ll work closely with business owners and brokers to identify the most suitable product, helping position Shift competitively in the market.
Based in our North Sydney office, we offer hybrid work flexibility, with a minimum of three days in the office each week.
