Client Relationship and Business Manager

At Celeste Halliday we are all about Connection. We’re on a mission to create a world filled with lit-up people who are deeply connected with themselves, with the meaning and purpose in their lives and with other people.

As a leadership and culture consultancy, we are committed to building more connected, high-performing and human workplaces for businesses and their teams. Our progressive approach has attracted exciting clients, including Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Moet Hennessy, Virgin Australia, AGL, Cricket Australia, Sussan Group and many more.

We’re on an exciting growth trajectory, as we now expand our business from working with businesses and Leaders to also include consumers. We’ve recently expanded our digital marketing presence, with the launch of The Re-Connection revolution podcast, and in the upcoming year, we have plans to launch a new book, and launch a new online program for personal growth and development.

We’re a small tight-knit team, committed to bringing our exciting mission to life, and we’re looking for our newest team member ready to join our ambitious and driven business. If you're passionate about making a positive impact and helping people achieve their potential, we'd love to hear from you.

Our team values:

We Connect, First, Always. We’re curious about, and compassionate with, ourselves, always seeking to improve our self-awareness, authenticity and emotional management.

We’re Always on a Quest. We know our values, what gives us fulfilment and the contribution we want to make to the world.

We Bring the Light! We’re attention out. We prioritise genuine, human connection and seek to make others feel seen, valued and accepted. We bring positivity and lightness. We shine the light on others; their strengths and capabilities.
