Job summary

Symbos is seeking a Learning & Development Consultant to design and deliver learning for a dedicated technology client, supporting performance in a fast-paced contact centre environment. Based at our Knox location, you’ll work with leaders, SMEs and client stakeholders to deliver practical, engaging learning solutions that strengthen outcomes.

This role involves delivering induction, compliance and systems training; designing content and digital learning; creating guides and job aids; and

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.
• Experience in contact centre learning or BPO environments.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills; ability to design digital learning.
• Experience delivering systems or technical training and managing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver induction, compliance and systems training.
• Design practical learning for contact centre teams.
• Create eLearning, guides, resources and job aids.
• Simplify complex systems and processes into clear learning.
• Partner with leaders, SMEs and client stakeholders.
• Coach capability and continuously improve learning outcomes.
