Job summary

QTC is seeking an experienced Learning and Development Manager to shape and deliver contemporary learning solutions that build organisational capability and enhance employee experience in Brisbane. You will work with the Director, Employee Experience to design, deliver and continuously improve learning initiatives that align with QTC’s strategic priorities.

• Significant experience leading learning and development programs in a professional environment.
• Ability to develop learning strategies, capability frameworks and enterprise-wide learning plans.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of QTC's learning and capability strategy.
• Partner with executives and subject matter experts to identify workforce capability needs.
• Design, curate and oversee engaging learning experiences, pathways and programs.
• Drive continuous improvement across learning processes, systems and governance.
• Leverage digital learning and data insights to enhance learning effectiveness and scale.
• Manage learning operations, vendor relationships, program coordination and reporting.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
• Ensure the Learning Management System remains fit-for-purpose.
