Job summary

CQUniversity is seeking a Workforce Capability Partner to design, develop and deliver engaging learning initiatives that build capability across our diverse workforce. You’ll work with university stakeholders to identify capability needs, develop practical learning solutions and support enterprise-wide capability programs.

You will create high-quality resources, manage learning management systems, facilitate training and drive a culture of continuous development, with varied tasks from eLearning

Qualifications

• A relevant degree with experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and learning methodologies.
• Experience using corporate systems and learning management software.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver learning resources for face‑to‑face, blended and/or online delivery.
• Engage with stakeholders to identify capability needs and develop practical learning solutions.
• Support and administer learning management systems and deliver training.
• Analyze learning data and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and support users of LMS.
