Job summary

CSR Limited, based in North Ryde, NSW, Australia, is seeking a Capability & Learning Specialist to drive learning and capability initiatives across Australia and New Zealand. The role focuses on coordinating programs, creating digital content, and managing LMS activities while contributing to change management efforts.

You will partner with HR and leaders to deliver effective learning solutions, drive compliance, and support enterprise transformation.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Learning & Development, Organisational Development, HR, Training or Change Management.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems and reporting tools.
• Exposure to eLearning content development, ideally using Articulate 360 or similar platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proactive mindset and genuine interest in capability building and organisational change.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and delivering learning programs and training activities across the business.
• Designing, creating and maintaining engaging eLearning content using platforms such as Articulate Rise.
• Managing day-to-day LMS activities, including enrolments, reporting and compliance tracking.
• Monitoring and driving mandatory training completion in partnership with key stakeholders.
• Developing learning communications, training resources and learner support materials.
• Delivering and facilitating learning workshops and programs.
• Contributing to and delivering change management activities associated with business transformation projects.
• Developing change communications, stakeholder engagement materials and implementation plans.
• Partnering with HR, business leaders and subject matter experts to deliver effective learning and change solutions.

Capability & Learning Specialist | North Ryde

Are you looking to take the next step in your Learning & Development career? We have an exciting opportunity for an L&D professional to join CSR as a Capability & Learning Specialist.

This role is ideally suited to someone with around 2-4 years' experience in Learning & Development, Organisational Development, HR, Training or Change Management who is ready to broaden their capability and take greater ownership of learning and change initiatives.

Reporting to the Learning & Development Lead, you will play a key role in coordinating and delivering learning initiatives, creating digital learning content, managing our Learning Management System (LMS), and contributing to change management activities across Australia and New Zealand.

About the Role

This is an opportunity to build on your existing experience while taking ownership of a range of learning and capability activities and contributing to enterprise-wide programs and transformation initiatives.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, highly organised and passionate about helping people develop their skills and capabilities. You will be comfortable taking ownership of your work, managing competing priorities and working directly with stakeholders across the business.

You may have:

• Approximately 2-4 years' experience in Learning & Development, Training, HR, Organisational Development or Change Management.
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems and reporting tools.
• Exposure to eLearning content development, ideally using Articulate 360 or similar platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A proactive mindset and genuine interest in capability building and organisational change.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
