Job summary

CSR North Ryde is seeking a Capability & Learning Specialist to lead learning and capability initiatives across Australia and New Zealand. You will coordinate programs, create digital content and manage the LMS, reporting to the L&D Lead.

With 2-4 years in L&D or related fields, you will work with stakeholders, develop change communications and support enterprise-wide transformation projects, building capability across the business.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in Learning & Development or related fields.
• Experience with LMS and reporting tools.
• Experience with eLearning tools such as Articulate 360.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent attention to detail and multi-priority management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and delivering learning programs and training activities across the business.
• Designing, creating and maintaining engaging eLearning content using platforms such as Articulate Rise.
• Managing day-to-day LMS activities, including enrolments, reporting and compliance tracking.
• Monitoring and driving mandatory training completion in partnership with key stakeholders.
• Developing learning communications, training resources and learner support materials.
• Delivering and facilitating learning workshops and programs.
• Contributing to and delivering change management activities associated with business transformation projects.
• Developing change communications, stakeholder engagement materials and implementation plans.
• Partnering with HR, business leaders and subject matter experts to deliver effective learning and change solutions.
