Job summary

The Victorian Department of Health is seeking a Performance and Capability Officer to provide administrative support and system expertise to learning, capability and organisation development programs. You will help manage the day-to-day operations of the PDP and progression processes, and ensure effective use of department systems across the function.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in HR, L&D or TAE is desirable.
• High level of digital literacy and Microsoft Office expertise.
• Experience using learning or performance management systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Resolves operational service delivery problems consistent with program objectives.
• Prepares reports, briefs and correspondence on complex issues that impact at program or organisational level.
• Researches and applies advanced theoretical knowledge in a specialised field to operational problem solving.
• Develops and implements operational policy which impacts the immediate work area.
