Job summary

Green by Nature is seeking a Learning & Capability Advisor to join our Mascot-based team on a permanent full-time basis, with flexible working. You will shape learning systems, build pathways and programs that help our people grow and perform at their best.

You’ll configure our LMS, design learning journeys, work with internal SMEs and external providers to create digital content, and educate staff on using the tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Learning & Development, HR or Organisational Development.
• Qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Development or related discipline.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is desirable.
• Strong hands-on experience configuring and administering Learning Management Systems.
• Experience developing learning pathways, skills frameworks and capability solutions.

Responsibilities

• Configure, administer and optimise the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Build learning journeys, curricula, audiences, assignments, workflows and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal SMEs and external providers to develop digital learning content.
• Educate employees and leaders to use learning systems and tools.
• Support frontline technical and leadership capability development.
• Develop and maintain skills matrices and capability frameworks.
• Coordinate and implement learning programs across the business.
• Facilitate face-to-face and virtual learning sessions.
• Collaborate with Australia and New Zealand L&D team members.
