Job summary

Green by Nature AU is seeking a passionate Learning & Capability Advisor for a permanent, full-time role based in our Mascot office with flexible working. You’ll shape learning systems and programs to help our people grow and perform at their best.

You’ll build our Learning Platform, deliver effective learning solutions, educate employees, and coordinate capability programs across Australia and New Zealand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Learning & Development, HR or Organisational Development.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is desirable.
• Strong hands-on experience configuring and administering LMS.

Responsibilities

• Configure, administer and optimise the LMS.
• Build learning journeys, curricula and reporting.
• Develop digital learning content with internal/external partners.
• Educate staff to use learning systems and tools.
• Coordinate learning programs across the business and regions.
