Job summary

Perry Swim School in Melbourne is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic swim instructor to join our friendly team. The Sunday shift is 8:30am–1:30pm, with extra hours during the week possible, and we offer consistent shifts in a supportive environment.

Our boutique facility features an 18m magnesium pool heated to 32°C, creating a comfortable setting for infants, toddlers, and children to learn with a focus on quality teaching and great customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience as a learn-to-swim instructor including infant and toddler classes.
• Passion for working with children.
• Sound knowledge of swimming industry practices, teaching and coaching principles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct swimming lessons for infant, preschool, and primary aged children
• Ensure consistent practises and procedures are adopted with a strong focus upon teaching quality, and excellent customer service
• Evaluate students' progress and complete required skills tracking in a timely manner
