Job summary

Stanford Swim School Company in Sydney is seeking enthusiastic Learn-to-Swim and Adult Instructors to join our fast-growing team. You’ll teach from children as young as 3 through stroke development, with guidance from our management and development team.

Shifts Tue-Fri 3:45pm-6:45pm and Sat 9:30am-3:45pm, with flexible arrangements. We offer great hourly rates, ongoing Training & Development support, and a friendly, supportive workplace.

Qualifications

• Working with Children Check is required before starting.
• AUSTSWIM certifications can be obtained after commencement.
• Ability to teach Learn-to-Swim and adult classes.

Responsibilities

• Teach levels from 3 years old through to stroke development.
• Join a supportive management and operations team for guidance.

Job description

We are currently looking for new, enthusiastic team members to join us on our fast-growing journey.

Our Learn-to-swim and Adult Instructors are the core of our success, and enjoy great-hourly rates, ongoing support from our Training & Development Manager and a friendly, supportive team environment. Our motivated instructors teach levels from 3 years old through to stroke development, all with the support of our experienced and professional management & operations team.

Shifts are available from Tuesday to Friday; afternoon shifts are from 3:45pm to 6:45pm. Sat shifts are from 9:30 am to 3:45pm Applicants must be available to work on one weekdays and Sat.

Our current team enjoy flexible shift arrangements that promote a great work-life balance, and include university students, previous competitive swimmers, parents, and those looking for a fun career change.
