Job summary
CEVA Logistics in Orchard Hills NSW is seeking a Business Process Excellence Manager to lead a CI team across Sydney sites. The role focuses on lean methodologies, safety, service and efficiency improvements through hands-on change leadership and strong cross-functional collaboration.
The ideal candidate has tertiary qualifications in industrial engineering or logistics & supply chain management, with proven CI leadership experience and proficiency in Excel; Six Sigma is highly regarded.
Qualifications
- Must be tertiary qualified in industrial engineering or logistics & supply chain management.
- Proven experience leading continuous improvement in complex operations.
- Hands-on change leadership with measurable operational improvements.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing CI team across multiple sites.
- Drive LEAN thinking and operational excellence in warehouses and logistics.
- Deliver CI projects: layout redesign, MHE optimisation, time studies, savings.
- Oversee measurement of results including financial benefits and ROI.
- Guide KAIZEN activities, operational modelling, and cost reviews.
- Monitor KPIs and standardise BPE tools and practices.
- Collaborate with operational leaders and regional executives.
