Unilever Australia & New Zealand is seeking a Process Engineer to join our North Rocks factory. You will support manufacturing teams by eliminating waste, reducing downtime, and driving continuous improvement through TPM, RCA, SMED, 5S, and standard work.

The role is pivotal in developing the site toward world‑class performance with a focus on quality, safety and sustainability. You will lead line coaching, train crews on technical standards, and work with AM and FI pillars, centrelines, and

Competenze

• 2+ years experience as Process or Reliability Engineer in FMCG manufacturing.
• Knowledge of UMS/WCM or similar lean/TPM methodologies including RCA and FI.
• Engineering degree preferred.

Mansioni

• Eliminate Waste and Loss using UMS/PM tools and methodologies.
• Lead prioritization of losses and identify focus areas for the department.
• Oversee AM and FI pillars in the department.
• Implement Run to Standard (R2S) with data collection and problem solving.
