Job summary

Rheem is seeking a proactive Process Engineer for our Rydalmere Manufacturing Facility in NSW to drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives. You will measure, track and optimise manufacturing processes, lead improvement projects and deliver capital initiatives that enhance safety, quality, productivity and cost performance.

Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager, you will engage with cross-functional teams and work in a high-volume environment to deliver practical,

Qualifications

• Engineering qualification or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• Experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma environments.
• Strong problem-solving and Root Cause Analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement and productivity initiatives across manufacturing.
• Analyse production data and identify opportunities for optimisation.
• Apply Lean tools including RCA, PFMEA and Value Stream Mapping.
• Support manufacturing, maintenance, quality and safety improvements.
• Deliver engineering and capital projects from concept through implementation.
• Support New Product Development and Design for Manufacture activities.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and standards.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, WHS and R&D teams.
