National Australia Bank is seeking a Manager Leads in Melbourne to shape and lead the Banker Leads program for Business Banking, leveraging strategic tooling to accelerate profitable growth and improve customer experience.

You will act as a key adviser across Marketing, Strategy and frontline teams, driving adoption of the Ada platform and ensuring robust risk management. The role requires building a high-performing team and staying current with industry trends.
