Job summary

NAB in Melbourne is seeking an experienced People Leader to join the Data & Analytics team as Manager Leads. You will shape the Banker Leads program for B&PB, lead a high-performing team and partner with Marketing, Strategy, Analytics and frontline units to deliver leads.

Qualifications

• Proven delivery experience, ideally within banking, financial services, customer growth, leads, sales or a related environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate insights into action and drive profitable growth.
• Customer-first mindset with experience improving journeys using data and technology.

Responsibilities

• Shape and lead the Banker Leads program for B&PB, establishing best-in-class practices and leveraging strategic tooling to accelerate profitable growth and deliver an enhanced customer experience.
• Act as a key adviser across business units, collaborating with marketing, customer brain, strategy and front-line teams to deliver leads.
• Drive adoption of the Ada platform for leads
• Ensure practices support robust risk management, including strengthening and automating controls to protect customers and the bank.
• Build and lead a high-performing team, develop future-fit capability, and stay current with industry trends and regulatory requirements.
