Job summary

NAB in Melbourne is seeking an experienced People Leader to join the Data & Analytics team as Manager Leads. You will shape the Banker Leads program for B&PB, lead a high-performing team and partner with Marketing, Strategy, Analytics and frontline units to deliver leads.

• Shape and lead the Banker Leads program for B&PB, establishing best-in-class practices and leveraging strategic tooling to accelerate profitable growth and deliver an enhanced customer experience.
• Act as a key adviser across business units, collaborating with marketing, customer brain, strategy and front-line teams to deliver leads.
• Drive adoption of the Ada platform for leads
• Ensure practices support robust risk management, including strengthening and automating controls to protect customers and the bank.
• Build and lead a high-performing team, develop future-fit capability, and stay current with industry trends and regulatory requirements.

• Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities, translate insights into action and drive sustainable, profitable growth.
• A customer-first mindset, with experience improving customer journeys and using data, insights and technology to deliver better customer outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience influencing senior stakeholders and bringing together cross-functional teams across areas such as Marketing, Strategy, Analytics and frontline businesses.
• Strong digital and data capability, with experience driving adoption of new platforms, tools or ways of working and embedding them into day-to-day business practices.
