Job summary

S&you Australia is seeking a hands-on Civil Site Supervisor for the Adelaide metro and regional SA. You will lead field delivery, supervise crews and subcontractors, and work closely with site managers to keep projects on time and within budget.

In this role you’ll operate on short-term regional projects with accommodation provided, a fully maintained vehicle, and a strong safety culture across a long-term project pipeline. The position is ideal for hands-on leaders in civil works.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising civil works: earthworks, trenching, pads, roads, pavements.
• Plant/machinery tickets (excavator/loader/backhoe) and truck licence.
• Health & Safety qualifications.
• Flexibility to work on short-term regional projects (accommodation provided).
• Hands-on leadership style and a proactive, team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise crews (typically 3-5 people) and subcontractors.
• Plan and schedule work in collaboration with site-based engineers.
• Track costs, quantities and progress against the program.
• Coordinate site resources, materials and subcontractors; Maintain safety standards on site.
• Operate machinery as required (excavators 1.5T-30T), loaders, rollers and backhoes.

The Opportunity

Working closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager, you'll take the lead in being hands on whilst supervising the delivery of civil projects across the Adelaide metro and regional SA. This is a hands-on site-based role ideal for someone who thrives in the field and enjoys leading by example.
