Qualifications

• Proven experience as Foreman or Site Supervisor in civil construction.
• Experience with subdivision and road projects is preferred.
• Strong leadership and on-site management skills.
• Solid understanding of civil construction methods, programming and WHS compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews and subcontractors on site to ensure project milestones.
• Coordinate activities to meet safety and quality standards.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as required.

About you:

• Proven experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor in civil construction, ideally across subdivision and/or road projects
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to run crews and subcontractors on site
• Solid understanding of civil construction methods, programming and WHS compliance
