We are seeking an experienced Leading Hand Fitter to join our dynamic team in Hexham, supporting our operations in steel recycling. In this hands‑on role, you will be responsible for day‑to‑day execution of maintenance activities and oversee a team of 12 employees. You will work with large‑scale equipment including hydraulics, pneumatics and processing equipment, ensuring reliability, safety and efficiency across our site.
4 pm to 12 am Monday to Thursday, 3 pm to 11 pm on a Friday – suited to work/life balance.
$50.22 per hour + tool allowance + Leading Hand allowance + 15 % afternoon shift allowance + 12 % super + overtime with potential to grow your income as you build experience with us!
