InfraBuild Recycling is seeking a permanent Day Shift Forklift Operator/Yard Hand at our Chipping Norton site. You will load and unload trucks, operate forklifts, perform manual handling, and keep the yard tidy while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Forklift licence and experience is essential.

About the role

Based at our InfraBuild Recycling Chipping Norton site, the Operator will perform a range of duties within the metal recycling yard. This is a permanent day shift role with hours from 7:00am to 3:00pm, Monday to Friday and additional overtime including one Saturday per month. There will be on-the-job training provided and excellent opportunities for career progression.

Pay rate for this role is $34.90 per hour, overtime is paid at overtime rates.

What you will be doing:

• Loading and unloading trucks
• Operating forklifts to load and unload trucks and shipping containers
• Performing manual handling tasks
• Maintaining cleanliness in the yard and operational areas
• Conducting daily checks on mobile plant
• Adhering to safety procedures at all times
