Job summary

Linktal Recruitment is helping a well-established builder-developer source a Leading Hand for a large Class 2 apartment project in Sydney’s Northwest & Hills District. You’ll coordinate day-to-day site activities, supervise subcontractors, and support the Site Manager with inspections and quality control on a major project.

Ideal candidates will have 2–3+ years as Leading Hand/Foreman, strong understanding of apartment construction, and the ability to coordinate multiple trades.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience as Leading Hand/Foreman on large-scale Class 2 apartment projects.
• Strong understanding of apartment construction and site sequencing.
• Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and trades.
• Hands-on approach with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Relevant construction qualifications/licences will be highly regarded.

We’re working with an established iCIRT Gold Star-rated builder-developer with a strong pipeline of Class 2 apartment projects across NSW. They’re looking for an experienced Leading Hand to join a large-scale Class 2 project in Sydney’s Northwest & Hills District.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day site activities and assist with overall site operations.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, trades and labour on site.
• Monitor construction progress and assist with maintaining the programme.
• Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required qualitystandards.
• Assist the Site Manager with inspections, quality control and defect management.

About You
