Job summary

Early Educator Agency in Brisbane (north-west) seeks an experienced Centre Manager or Nominated Supervisor to lead a high-quality early learning service. This is a permanent full-time role, 38 hours across five days per week, reporting to an established management team.

You will oversee daily operations, support educators, drive the Quality Improvement Plan, and foster strong relationships with families while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Centre Manager or Centre Director.
• ACECQA-approved Diploma or teaching qualification.
• Current First Aid, CPR and Child Protection certificates.
• A current Blue Card or Exemption Card.
• Strong knowledge of the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations, NQS and EYLF.
• Proven ability to lead a high-quality early learning service and meet regulatory obligations.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the centre's day-to-day operations in line with policies and procedures.
• Building a collaborative and supportive team environment.
• Leading and maintaining the service's Quality Improvement Plan.
• Working closely with educators to build relationships, guide practice and provide hands-on support when required.
• Developing strong relationships with families through open communication and collaboration.
• Ensuring compliance across the centre with support from the management team.
• Managing staffing and recruitment with support from the management team.
• Managing enrolments and building occupancy through positive family experiences, word of mouth, marketing and community partnerships.
