Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking an experienced Workplace Experience Supervisor to lead a team delivering exceptional workplace experiences at the client's Sydney office. You will coordinate with vendors, manage work orders, oversee on-site events, and ensure smooth operations, safety, and brand-aligned service delivery. This role is based in Sydney CBD, with a 5-day on-site schedule.

Strong CMMS, budgeting, and leadership skills are essential to drive efficiency and support CBRE's RISE values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; facilities management training preferred.
• 4+ years of facilities coordination experience in tech/startup environments.
• Experience with CMMS platforms for preventive maintenance and asset tracking.
• Strong organizational, communication and planning skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Leadership qualities and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication with employees, guests, and vendors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; budgeting tools familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for all workplace entrants, greeting employees and visitors.
• Manage janitorial and maintenance work orders; support day-to-day facilities needs.
• Coordinate workplace services including mail, office supply inventory, and onboarding support.
• Provide remote facilities and workplace coordination for regional offices; track work orders and vendors.
• Support on-site events in Sydney; manage event calendar, room setup and teardown, logistics.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers; ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Review data from work order reports and present performance updates to management.
• Develop and maintain vendor partnerships to drive cost-saving initiatives.
